"Planning for the project was poor. There wasn't enough space to put the faucet in so they placed it to the side. The owner Robert Weeks told me it was my fault because of the sink I chose....? But they give you four to choose from, so they obviously never measured. After their plumbers came I woke up to water from a leak all over the floor. The project for my laundry room was supposed to take four days and took two months!! I was without washer and dryer for weeks through the Christmas holidays. Robert is totally unprofessional. Didn't respond during the mess because he "needed his vacation." He yelled at me and told me I had to wait until the first of the year when he got home. No regard at all to the inconvenience his poor planning caused. Members of his staff are very nice however and it makes me terribly sad they have to deal with his volatility and demeaning treatment. His office manager left during this time and I applaud her for moving on! Don't support this guy. No professionalism at all!"
