"Wholesale Cabinets was great to work with in designing our new kitchen cabinets. I worked with Christian Pistella to complete the design and he was fantastic. Patient, thorough and explained all the options and made suggestions that turned out to be what we wanted in the kitchen layout. Suggested placement of certain specialty cabinets and completed the order with trim pieces, scribes and tow kicks that we were going to need. Completely enjoyed working with Christian on this design - I highly recommend him. Sincerely, Scott Findlay"
"Fantastic experience working with Kristi to design and purchase cabinets for our basement finish out! We chose to assemble ourselves and these cabinets really go together solidly! With the sale pricing and free fast shipping ....unbeatable! Impressed with the quality. Kristi has been easily available beyond the sale. She's come to my aid multiple times to answer and guide:). We enthusiastically recommend Kristi and Wholesale Cabinets."
"I gave 4 stars, not 5 because of one issue! The cabinets are very good quality. Very sturdy. Easy to clean. I love them!! The process was very easy. I spent almost 5 months with another RTA store and got nowhere. They kept telling me the cabinets I wanted in the style I wanted were not available and kept changing my design. Finally, to get the cabinets in the layout I wanted, I had to change the style to a more expensive one. I contacted Wholesale Cabinets finally and sent my design from the other store to them and within 3 days, not counting weekend, I had my quote. I paid and the cabinets were delivered within a week (again, not counting weekend)!! After 5 months of aggravation with the other company. It would take more time if you don't have your own design, I'm sure. I compared their price with the price from the other store (that didn't have some of the cabinets I wanted even in the more expensive style) and not only were they quite a bit less in price, I was able to include the cabinets I wanted for my pantry AND the vanity for my Master bath. I was able to include the roll out shelves for quite a bit of my base cabinets. When I saw the price for my kitchen cabinets and added the pantry and Master bath, the price was STILL less than the other company by a few thousand dollars. Now the issues- first, a couple cabinets were missing some hardware to put them together. (brackets to hold the sides together). You need to get extra spacer boards because you need to leave about an inch between the cabinets to avoid the doors hitting the cabinet next to each other, and nobody told me that and it wasn't something I thought to ask, I did have a spacer board for a couple spots, but I should have ordered more. Both of these issues are very minor compared to the next issue. The next issue is a pretty big one. The base corner cabinets state they are "easy reach" and they most certainly are NOT! The opening is SO SO SMALL! the cabinet is HUGE which I needed to store some large pans and pots. I can't get my large canning pot in the door at all! The shelf is in the way to put any of my pots or pans in. I now have 2 useless cabinets because I can't even reach in the back if I get down on the floor. The opening is so small, to get anything out of the bottom you have to literally lay down and twist to the side, and still can't reach the back of the cabinet. The shelf makes it impossible to reach the back of the cabinet rendering it useless even if I did get down on the floor. So now I have expensive, wasted space in my kitchen. I opted not to get the lazy susan in the cabinets because I had those in my old kitchen and couldn't put my pots and pans in it because the lazy susan was too small. It could only hold a few pantry items and they were very flimsy and couldn't take any type of weight. I don't know if this would have been the same but didn't want to take a chance. So, either way, they are a necessary waste of time and money if you need a corner base cabinet. Brittany Boyer was a pleasure to work with. The company was easy to reach with any questions. I received emails with updates to the delivery. They sent detailed instructions. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone. Just be aware of spacing and accessibility. EDIT: we are still putting the finishing touches, my husband took out the shelf in the corner cabinets and cut it in half, following the original layout of the shelf. I should have taken a picture of the alteration. The opening is still not big enough to fit my canning pot in but at least it usable for something else."
"We have loved our wholesale cabinets! Brittney was a great designer & communicator. Without her, we wouldn’t have chosen this company. The cabinets are really good quality as well. Our only issue was with the 3rd party shipping company. I wish wholesale would use a more reliable company to ship the product, as they lost one of our pallets & it took several days to track it down."
"I'm giving a one star right now due to the product we received yesterday. When the order was ready to be shipped, a representative contacted me to give the okay for sending the order. He informed me there would be one pallet for all our cabinets (laundry room, nook, and kitchen with island) and that the third party delivery company would be collecting it within the next couple of days. The third party delivery company then called me about 3 to 4 days later to let me know that they had received the two pallets and needed to schedule delivery with me. Long story short, it looks like the second pallet was only created because someone at the cabinet warehouse probably dropped boxes and they simply moved the damaged product to a new pallet and sent it out. I suspect it happened at the warehouse because we also had someone else's order mixed in with ours. I did reach out to file a claim with their claim department but was informed it could take 24-48 hours to get a response. The lack of urgency and priority to correct this situation is a high contributor to the review. We are contractors with a deadline with a project completely halted due to us not having these cabinets. Out of the over 30 boxes that were sent, 26 of them had damaged product. It is unfortunate as our designer was amazing, however, we are hesitant to go with this company again as this was our first experience with them and first impression are important to us. I only attached a few of the photos of damages. I have over 100 documented. I will update my review when this gets resolved."
