"Horrible service after they damaged my car. The car was damaged in early November and despite going to Audi and getting their estimate to repair the car ($738.02) caused by their equipment, the GM kept spouting that it was nuts and bolts (first) then shocks (second) then my undercarriage touched their equipment (third). She continuously interrupted me when I tried to explain and as soon as I disagreed with her she hung the phone up on me. As I said, horrible service."
