"Mediocre wash at the Bonita location. Employees rarely spray bug Cleaner unless asked. Estero and Naples location is much better equipment wise also. They spray and observe each vehicle as you enter- not here. Tells me it's a management problem."

"Frequently stop here for a Premium car wash, have a monthly wash pass here and well worth it. Nice clean and modern facilities. Pleasant and helpful staff with an automatic drive thru wash that does an excellent job!"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 45 minutes in line as their gates were malfunctioning when we reached the attendant he took our money, and manually opened the gate. Upon going through they must have put the wrong setting for our vehicle so when we reached the end upper roller would not let us go forward, causing a 3 vehicle pile up, damaged vehicles, and a $25 no wash, wash. Ended up being over 3 hour car wash, police report experience with absolutely no hope of any reimbursement. Management at this location is a joke, business went on usual for them. Corporate no need to respond as it will do nothing to change our review. FOLKS JUST REMEMBER ONCE YOUR ON THAT DRIVE CHAIN THE MACHINE IS IN CONTOL."

"$25 top car wash includes tire shine lol yeah right !!! I had to completely towel dry my car water spots all over the windows and paint . Bug prep station because they’re car wash can’t get the bugs off . I won’t ever come back here again. Tommy’s car wash 1000 times better quality and price point"

"Second time here and my rims just don’t come real clean( they are real dirty but) I expect them to come cleaner, but it has a great disco car wash. Today they gave me a coupon so I can bring it back within 2 days for a free wash. I will update this post tomorrow after the second wash, let’s see if the rims come clean or not, wish me luck. I don’t like cleaning my rims. Ok, 2 days later I went back for my free wash, so 2 washes in 3 days and you be the judge, my rims are not clean, worth $ 20. NO, truck looks good but not paying $20 if it can’t clean my rims."
