"We used Thomas Mix for our bathroom project. I did my homework prior to making my decision to use them by looking at a bathroom they did in my neighborhood and reading reviews. Bottom line is, they promised a lot, but did not deliver. If you are lucky enough to get their A list contractors, you will be fine. Unfortunately, I got the B list contractors. My salesperson admitted she dropped the ball with our project and we are still dealing with problems 5 months after completion. Communication is lacking and forget about getting punch list items taken care of. If you are deciding between Master Touch and Thomas Mix, do yourself a favor and go with Master Touch."
