First I called them just to make sure they had my prescription on file since we just switched to this pharmacy and they said no you’re doctor has to call and I told them my doctor has called you 3 times and they said rudely back “well they need to call back when it’s time.” You can’t just keep my prescription on file? Then my dad went to go bring in a prescription. Yes we knew it was early but just for them to hold it and not fill it. We would lose it and just to make sure they had it. it was THROWN back at him and said no it’s too early. We knew that. So disrespectful and rude"
