"This has been our go-to Publix for over 10yrs now. Some of the younger staff will always greet you. The older staff are much better at greeting customers. Some of the staff are amazing, such as Anthony, who works in the dairy section. If you observe, you'll notice many of the customers have gotten to know him and will greet him while's he working. He's always ready to help you find something or just make you smile/laugh for a moment so you forget about your crazy day. We don't have any real complaints, other than we're not fans of the self-checkout lanes. It's not that we're anti-technology but when I leave work and stop by Publix, I've put in at least 9-10 hours and do not want to do my own checkout. It would also be awesome if Publix could modernize this location, but we doubt that will happen any time soon, since there's a brand new one less than 5 minutes away."

"We would like to put in a review regarding the Pharmacy. We always have the pleasure to work with Nick and Ashley and every time it’s a great experience with smiles and genuine help. We appreciate them behind the counter and can see they handle a lot while we’re waiting to check out our prescriptions, thank you to the whole team, especially to Nick and Megan !!"

"Shoppers beware of a customer service person name C J. This person does not belong dealing with the public. I find him very rude and disrespectful. This is my second run in with him. I try to stay away from customer service when he is there. The first time I had a problem with him,he openly accused me of double dipping a coupon in front of other shoppers who were behind me in line. They were very shocked. I went and complained to the store manager but he did not seem to care. I called Corporate and I got the same feeling. This last time I had no choice but to see CJ due to a problem with two subs from the deli. He again accused me of trying to do something that was not right. Only this time it was the fault of the person behind the deli counter. After telling him what was going on again he made me feel uncomfortable. He is not a person that should be handling problems at customer services. Maybe his services would be better collecting the shopping carts from the outside. I have since taken my business elsewhere. Even took my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Would not shop in that Publix again until I know that C J no longer works there."

"Publix is a pretty good supermarket chain in general. Today, 8/29/2023, I received exceptional service by Sharon at the prepared foods/deli area. There was a customer in front of me who wanted her rotisserie chicken cut and she asked her how she would like it to be cut, 4 or 6 pieces. I did not even know that there were options. She performed the task very meticulously and with great care. She took off the string from the chicken. (Usually, I have to take the string off myself.) Since the container was flimsy from the juices of the chicken she placed another container underneath. (One time, the chicken fell out of the bag onto my counter because the moisture damaged the bottom of the bag.) In all the time I have bought chicken from Publix, no one has ever offered such considerate and outstanding service. When it was my turn, I received the same excellent service. Now, I have a whole new set of expectations when I go to Publix. Thank you so much, Sharon. You are awesome!!! Update: I'm getting bonus points for updating my review, but I have nothing to add. This location is still awesome!"
