Walmart Supercenter 3801 Turtle Creek Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33067

"I have been going to this Walmart for few years. But today 2/4/24 while shopping I got the last 4 of small bottles of chocolate milk. While looking at other items someone took 2 out of 4 of chocolate milk. I wad so upset About this. Be careful at this Walmart. We are having so many illegal immigrants came here. Also the Manager of this story was not a pleasant man. I was standing inside at the middle of entry and exit doors awaiting for the rain to stop. I didn't distract anyone at all. He came to me and having a attitude asked me to move away instead a great attitude, maybe I am a Asian. I told him I won't come back to this Walmart anymore. Walmart needs to replace this Manager. Peoples don't appreciate that kind of attitude."

"Forcing everyone to self checkout which causes massive lines. Also noone answers the phones.. well done WalMart .. bravo And to top it off. Holidays days away. No registers open but 1 and customer service is closed at 8pm. Bravo Walmart.. great idea"

"I used to love going to this Walmart location for more than twenty years, but unfortunately, things have changed. The store seems to be understaffed, and it's hard to find anyone wearing a blue vest to assist customers with items they can't access on their own. For example, baby formula is still kept in a locked glass case with a key, even though there's no longer a shortage. Other Walmart locations don't do this, and it's frustrating to wait for assistance and then be told to walk halfway across the store to the dressing room to get help. I've encountered this problem multiple times, and it's becoming unbearable. The worst experience was last night (November 10th) around 7 pm when I went to buy a Christmas tree. Eight other customers and I were waiting for assistance to get the trees off the high shelves. I asked three different employees for help, but no one came. Finally, I walked to customer service at the other end of the store, and they told me they were working on it. I kept insisting, and one of the front-end managers was making calls on her phone. After almost an hour of waiting for help, she told me there was no one available to operate the machine that brings the trees down from the shelves. I ended up leaving and buying a tree elsewhere. It's unacceptable that there isn't enough staff to help customers during the busy holiday season. The entire staff needs training on customer service, and the store should hire more people."

"The best Walmart in the area. Plenty of self checkouts, including ones with large bagging areas. Easy access and plenty of parking. Shelves are typically stocked well. Bathrooms are kept clean, which is an anomaly for Walmart. This is a well managed Walmart. My only complaint is that sometimes the curbside/delivery employees do shopping with their big industrial carts and block isles and access to shelves and are unapologetic about it and won't move out of the way. Despite that, I'll still drive further to go to this Walmart even though there are at least four others that are geographically closer to me."

"Excellent location! Fair Prices! No matter what you are looking for, you will find it here! This Walmart Supercenter has everything you need for your home! Groceries, frozen food, kitchen and bathroom items, car products, toys, clothing, and much more. My husband and I have 3 kids together and we all love to come to this Walmart location to buy all the essentials and tons of gifts for the whole family without breaking the bank! This place is always very clean! Associates are friendly! We come here at least once a week!"
