"I have stopped here about 3 or 4 time to grab some Tequitos or the Buffalo chicken rollers and they look terrible every time I'm here. They look like they have been there for a week.."

"Let me start by saying I love 7-Elevens I have spent so much money in my lifetime at 7-Elevens!!!! This particular 7-Eleven I have given so many chances. it is filthy disgusting water leaking everywhere all the time and to top it off there is zero syrup in the sodas at any given time of day you go in there. The employees are so lazy the store is filthy the soda machines never have the correct measurements of CO2 syrup ratios. I really am reconsidering spending any money at 7-Elevens anymore. You make a complaint through 7-Eleven app you make a complaint by calling the franchisee and still nothing gets done. I highly recommend the 7-Eleven 15 minutes from here it's brand new the customer service is impeccable and they actually have pride in their store and keep it clean and safe. My next call and complaint is to OSHA. Entry 2 February 8, 2024: I am literally laughing at their typical answer to this review. It just shows you that they have no care in the world there that they're only giving you copy and paste answers they're not fixing anything they're not willing to fix anything. This is why I contacted my friends who work pretty high up in the 7-Eleven chain to take care of the issue for me. I repeat go to another 7-Eleven you will highly regret this one do not get any fountain sodas because they literally do not work 98% of the time. There's huge safety issues at the 7-Eleven including leaking coolers almost constantly daily weekly and monthly. Don't bother calling the franchisee he does nothing to help his store improve."

"This 7/11 was Great when it first opened a couple months ago but has quickly declined to mediocrity. When it was first opened there was always fresh cookies now you get 2 day old hard cookies and it seems they just can't keep up with demand. Only one flavour of celcius left on the shelf. The diet coke from the big gulp machine tastes like regular or coke zero. Just seems like they were awesome at first but rapidly lost that quality."
