"Main reason we chose Floor Coverings is because of Mario. He’s extremely knowledge, friendly, and transparent. We’re not floor experts and having Mario navigate us thru options, features, and benefits made our decision process easier and fun. Wilson continue the experience by providing a finish product that we’re happy to have in our home and show off to others. He made sure to brief us on tile direction options, make a sensible recommendation, and advise us on which threshold he’d need to use based on flooring height — I’m feel a bit closer to being an expert. "2023 November 20 "This was well planned out by the company and every step went perfectly. The installers were skilled, personable and gave you a feeling of confidence about their jobs. The entire experience was excellent, especially since | didn't have to leave my house for a showroom! It came to me! Mario was amazing and extremely wonderful to work with! He met my budget, shared TONS and tons of knowledge and expertise! I was so pleased with the outcome and feel like I have a new house! To top it off( yes there's more..), they sent a wonderful and efficient cleaning person to my house to help with the process of getting my house back in order!!! "We are so happy with our experience with Floor Coverings International. Wilson did an amazing job on our floors and made sure that everything was done exactly the way we wanted it. The floors were beautiful, and I find myself just going into the rooms to look at the floors since they are still new (they were done last week). They were speedy to book us as well. We were having a family gathering only about a week after they came to quote us, and I picked a product that they had in the warehouse and they were able to get them done only 4 business days after I had the quote done. We were also so pleased that the owners came to our home at the end of the day to make sure everything was to our liking. Now our neighbors across the street are also using them for a new carpet in their upstairs bonus room. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring and wants to use a local small business!"

"The Team arrived at my House, Appointment time was very good, They started right a way, had it all set up before the arrived, They changed how I thought it was going to be done, But as I was told the Team moved all the Heavy stuff, As the 28 Year Old Carpet was removed found Tons of Sand under the Carpet. Sweeping and removing the Sand caused lots of Dust, From Celling down to the floor was covered with Dust. Neven knew it was going to be that much Dust threw out the House. Wish I had known in advance, so I would of covered the Clothes and Tv's and other stuff first. As the New Flooring was being installed, The floor look very nice going in, and Man I had a lot of Stuff that had to be moved. Glade I chose to replace the Carpet with Wood Floors, with 5 Yorkshire Yorke's in the House it makes a difference. After the Floors were installed only two showed up to move everything back in place, The New Floors had Dust and left over other stuff left on the Floor. None of that was cleaned up, until I did it myself. Also during the clean up I found that my New Vacuum was used by them, unhappy about that, But They Paid me the money it cost to replace it. Thank You very much. Was told a Cleaning company would also be coming to clean the house up from the Dust. Thursday the 24th that's Today. So far haven't seen anyone yet. All in All Mario Izquierdo Design Associate made sure that I was a Happy Customer and anything that need to be done, well He made sure it got done."

"We’ve been thrilled with our new flooring they weee able to match our existing hardwood floors so we could run it into the master bedroom. We also redid 5 bedrooms upstairs in carpet. They spent lots of time with us not just picking out colors, patterns and design, but really helped educate us on the various products, grades and options. We used light carpet upstairs and I was worried about it getting dirty, but we chose a product with their insights that stands up to traffic and cleans well. DONT’T underestimate the Importance of a good carpet pad. It has made ALL the difference in the world. It the past we have used Floor Coverings International for hardwood in the upstairs hallways and tile work in bathrooms. Both floor and in the shower."
