"If I could leave -5, yes NEGATIVE 5 stars I would, the disabled woman in the wheelchair needs to be either fired or sent to the back away from customers, she's RUDE and has a nasty attitude, giving dirty looks and was whispering things to the other employee they then began to harass myself and came up to my cart and started grabbing my stuff going through MY THINGS THAT I BOUGHT WITH MY MONEY! Then when they were proved WRONG they didn't have nothing to say then not even a sorry. Then I accidentally left a bag of mine there and I go back to the self checkout and it's gone now mind you I had been calling for over 15-20 minutes straight NOT ONCE did they answer the phone. I finally get there and they told us that i can do to there's nothing they can do they won't refund my 30 something dollars or the items.! Well had the girls not bothered me and distracted me from getting my bags I wouldn't have left it. Don't shop here!"

"again in this Walmart of independence, the constant abuse of its customers, this time it was my turn, I went to the car care service to change the engine oil and after 3 hours without an explanation they call you to say that they could not do it the service to the car, that they did not have time or employees, when you go nobody answers you, the supervisor is the first to leave and nobody gives you an answer, there is no manager on duty, the employees do not know what to answer and nobody knows anything, the worst customer service. as always you leave without service and without answers"
