"Daniel did two countertop jobs, on in my townhouse and one in my boyfriend’s house; we have never had a “professional” do such sloppy work. There was so much wrong with Daniel’s work and many things were left in poor condition, this is the review for my townhouse only (pics of most of it), though the experience was almost exactly the same for both of us. Also he's created 3 different "Spazio" on Google and is giving himself 5* reviews. Some of the counter pieces were either measured wrong or cut wrong, maybe both, which is terrible considering he literally took old counter pieces with him to measure/cut at his shop. The backsplash pieces were raggedly cut and overlapped terribly. Daniel got dust on everything under the sink and did not clean his own mess anywhere. When he did demo, he was very rough and broke up the drywall so I had to patch holes. Clear caulk shows every imperfection, like how far away from the wall some of the pieces were glued. White caulk is more professional. Many spots of granite were not polished or sealed, especially towards the back of the counters, liquids are soaking in. Daniel did not say until afterwards that he refused to do plumbing so I couldn’t use the kitchen or bathroom even after the counters were in because I had to figure out how to redo all the sinks…he did not prepare us for that ahead of time. It should have taken a few hours to install and complete but having to go back and forth for all of the wrong items, it took the over a week. Daniel had to be told to notice and fix many things that he would have otherwise left as-is. Overall the most unprofessional job I have had done."
