"This was my first facial treatment and the bar was set high. I got the Rodeo Drive anti aging treatment. My aesthetician, Sheila did a fantastic job and was very personable and informative throughout my hour long service. Highly recommend."

"Horrible experience to say the least.. the girls who work there have no idea what they're doing . you get what you pay for unfortunately. Extremely unprofessional don't answer calls, make appointments for them to lock the door then when you do get in for an appointment, I was mortified. The spray tan looked like a child did it, full of drips and streaks, had me standing in a pool of chemicals turned my feet completely orange smh never going back Best advice I can give is run. In reference to the reply that is completely fictitious even giving further validity to why I say run. Not only unprofessional but now after reading this farce laughable.. I bought a package of five.. went the 1st time and was unhappy tried once more and was locked out. I was 14 minutes late and I have all the text messages between myself and the attendant. I called and knocked to no avail. Trust me I'll never go back and I'd appreciate a refund for the package as I didn't use it obviously. Minus the one i did use im not asking for anything gratuitously just a refund for the ones i didnt..as you can see I review thousands of businesses and this is by FAR the WORST little hole in the wall."

"I came and got my permanent makeup done here I absolutely love my lips and my eyeliner thank you so much Sheila for the wonderful work. I also came and had a spray tan done by Colleen and it turned out absolutely amazing. I highly recommend you come to this spa as they offer so many different services and everybody is very well trained and extremely professional."

"Horrible experience! I had permanent eyeliner done before and my left eye had faded. I told Sheila I just wanted to make my left eye even with the right. I asked her to make the end thicker like a wedge. She joked about a cat eye. I said I just wanted it a little thicker but it should end like 2 lashes in. Well I got a broken wing about a half inch long at the end of my eyes. She used her finger to measure. Sheila used numbing creme but her machine kept jerking my eye. The lines are broken. One wing goes up the other down. I left there in shock, bruised, bloody, swollen and black and blue. I couldn't see anything until it was too late. I am ruined and I will have to live with this forever. I will never step foot in that place again. Sheila said it will take 2wks to heal and then she can touch it up. I don't want her touching me. She can't fix this disaster, no one can. Don't do it!"
