"Tag team is for WWF not Home Depot returns. Doing my return on Saturday. two female representatives insulted me, vocally expressing my purchase was 1980's style and I should have done a better job picking the items out. How about you just process the return and keep your comments to yourself? Perhaps if your selection was more abundant this issue would never have came up. You're not paid to give your opinion, you're pay to process the returns."

"Unfortunately this location is not it and while it is the closest to my home I often go to another location. Their employees are not trained correctly (their words not mine) , their manager Cammie gives you the runaround and promised me a credit for a whole mess this store created , and not only did she never give it to me, they also owe me a delivery fee in which I picked up the item and she promised me would be refunded , which again was not. She told me to come into the store with my card and customer service "did not know how to do it" and Cammie never came out. At this point I give up and will just take the loss."

"I come to this store 4 to 6 times a month and usually the staff in the self check out area is polite and if you ask them for help they will try to help you but on this occasion there was a lady named CHERYL with a great attitude , helping and being proactive with all clients. This is the type of person who makes your shopping experiences satisfactory no matter how minimal the help is. Thank you CHERYL for going Adobe and beyond."

"I love coming to this location because it tends to be not so busy as the one in millenia. Using their website, I find whatever I need and see what aisle and bay it should be. Makes shopping so much easier than walking the whole store or having to ask an employee. This location as well seems to have better plants than the other one. I don't know if it's because they take better care of then or what it is but they always look better. My go to home improvement store."
