We also sat with the staff and planned out a complete set of kitchen cabinets that we are in the process of ordering. We had previously planned the same kitchen at a major home improvement store and the prices from Home Outlet came in at 1/3 of the overall cost. Our experience with the staff was also excellent. We went first to check out the quality of the bathroom vanities we were looking for after shopping on the website, even though it’s a bit of a drive. The price seemed too good to be true. When we entered the store Ricky was immediately helpful and knowledgeable answering all the questions we had. Pleasantly surprised at the quality we went home to double check our measurements and purchased them online with a 20% off coupon. When we went back to pick up the vanities we opened and inspected the one that came preassembled. We got no hassle there and they helped us unpack the product. There was a small ding in the side so Ricky suggested the solution of ordering a skin which came in quickly at no charge since the cabinet was damaged and called just a week later when it came in.
