I went in about 2 weeks ago and there was a couch on clearance and I loved it wanted to pay for it that day but since we are in the middle of closing on our house we wouldn't want it delivered until we can have it delivered at the new house the sales associate said they couldn't store the item for us. We came back just hoping it was still there and it was gone and we talked to a new sales associate and he said that they could of stored it for us. So now I will never return to badcock!"

"Went in the store 3 days after a c-section. I really needed a recliner to sleep in because my bed was too high for me to sleep in. The store representative helped me find the perfect chair within a matter of minutes. Even went out of his way to get it approved for me to take the chair home that same day.
