"My husband and I purchased our first home and we knew we wanted to do renovations right away. We looked everywhere for a contractor who we trusted and that was in our budget with little luck. Thankfully, I drove past Cabinets One and it was like the stars aligned. Joe was our point of contact, and he was fantastic. He articulated his prices accurately, and even though we had a week of delays we still managed to stay on schedule. We really wanted European style flat panel cabinets and expected to pay much more than we budgeted, but Joe introduced us to Alex and he designed us a beautiful custom kitchen for nearly the same price as standard shakers. We love our kitchen! To those looking to update, I will say it is not easy living in the space while it is being updated. My best advice is it to be patient. Expect to be inconvenienced at some point or another, no matter who is doing the renovations. Our project was large — updating the kitchen, living room and dining room-turned-office, but it was well worth it. If you are looking for beautiful cabinets/home renovation services for an affordable price, look no further. This place does wonderful business."

"This company is not worth it for getting cabinets. I have been waiting 2 months for my cabinets and countertops to be completely installed. After paying for the service I waited for one month and a half to hear back from them. They then show up at my house unexpected when I am not there claiming that they finally received my cabinets but I was not there at my house and they didn't even call the day before or a few days before they just thought they could show up at my house. A few days later they come to take my cabinets out and they leave the debris in the front yard and the debris sat there for a week. Then finally somebody came to install my cabinets after 4 days of the old cabinets being removed to put my cabinets together but they didn't put the countertops in. But the debris was still sitting in my front yard. I then became frustrated and called them at 9:45 on a weekday and they didn't answer so I left a message. they never called me back so the next day I drive there and ask the front desk lady what was going on with my cabinets and countertops, and why the debris was still left in the front yard. She made excuses up and down on why the debris was still there and why the service had not been complete. Finally after speaking with her the next day she sent somebody out to come and clean up my debris. I am still waiting for the countertops to be installed and she has not yet told me when they are going to be coming. MOST frustrating experience ever."
