"I was walking home one day and happened to stumble upon this store. I did not know it was located here. I browsed the store for close to an hour. I managed to find some excellent deals! I also found some good deals. And there were also some not-so-good deals. I like what the store has to offer product wise and I'm always looking for the best deal possible. I am sure I will be stopping in here regularly just to see what is new, exciting or just catches my eye. I must say the staff was most helpful and very very efficient!! Thank you for a wonderful first experience and let's hope there's many more to come! UPDATE 2022: Unfortunately i have to report that this business has changed its business model a bit. when i originally visited they had pallets of merchandise. What may have been over stock from someplace or possibly close out items or even over purchased construction materials. Everything from exterior lighting for homes to business fire exit signs for business building interiors. From wheels for cabinets, chairs or maybe making your own roller skates. From door knobs to thingy-ma-bobs!. You could just get lost looking around . Now they have gone to just selling flooring, cabinets, vanities and other bath or kitchen building / remodeling items. its a great place if you are in the market for these things the way they display everything is very easy to browse and their customer service is still above par. I just like finding hidden treasures and bargains and i though i had stumbled upon a hidden gem. unfortunately for me my gem has lost its sparkle. But that's just my situation. I would and will still recommend this business for what it has become but probably with a little less enthusiasm than i had before."

"I went into the store today to make a purchase because I was referred by a friend. The associate stayed behind the desk on her cell phone and never once approached me to ask how she could be of assistance to me. I walked around the space for a good 5 minutes, and the showcase of items are not that vast. However, she got up from behind of the desk when she overheard people arguing next door. On my way out the door as the associate was being nosey at the doorway, I asked her what type of sales associate she was. I told her if I was white she would have rapidly come to my assist. She assumed I was playing the race card, which I wasn't. I simply wanted service. I told her she lost my business and I was going elsewhere to make my purchase. She didn't want my business because she was rude & unprofessional. Never did she attempt to gain my business instead she told me to "have a nice day". In sales your suppose to ask a customer how you could be of any assistance as soon as they enter the store or give the customer a minute or two to look around and then ask how you could assist but that was not the case today. I would not be returning to that store."

"I had a great experience purchase with the store owner n staff. They were very helpful assisting me in tile selection. After visiting many tile stores big n small places, I found this store has the best prices for the best tile I found at other stores. They have many tile selection and bathroom vanities. The store owner allowed me to take couple sample home which make so much easier in decision making. Our floor turn beautiful we received many compliments on the floor and shower."

"The folks here are very friendly and helpful in finding our powder room vanity. Some of their vanities are one of a kind and do have some small blemishes but they are honest in disclosing any imperfections. However I was able to find a brand new in the box modern vanity and faucet for a great price. Do check them out..."

"I did a DIY renovation on my daughters entire bathroom and purchased the vanity, countertop, mirror, the toilet, glass shower doors, and a cabinet all from Build Smart Liquidators. From the beginning to the end the experience was great. Charles was super helpful in helping me find what I wanted and answered any questions I had. They even loaded everything up for me.
