"I have been a loyal customer of Lowes for well over 25 years. I am a veteran and appreciate the veteran discount. I recently purchased well over $900.00 in light fixtures. One of the units I installed didn't have the bulbs in the box. I was unaware until I have the fixture installed. I purchased two of the same fixture. My wife went to the Apopka store, very friendly and helpful, but they didn't have anymore of the fixtures we purchased. My wife was told they had 3 on hand at store #0642, so I took my lunch break to go to the store to see if I could get the bulbs out of one of their units. The assistant store manager had a very condescending attitude, so the supposed store manager, would not give me a business card but said his name was Chuck B. Not sure if he was the manager or not, but this man was very unwilling to help, but simply wanted me to purchase another unit to get the bulbs. What a joke... I will never visit the store again, and would encourage others to seek a different location. In all my years of purchasing everything for around my homes, I have had nothing but great experiences. These two gentlemen are a disgrace to the Lowes name."
