"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contacted RV Unlimited to repair a gas line that was leaking on my RV. On initial contact I was told that there was a $100 service and $100 diagnostic fee for the repair. While I already knew what the problem was and sent them pictures of the parts , etc. I did pay the $200 (as I did not have the time to do the work myself) and the Tech came and re-diagnosed the problem. As soon as I paid the invoice the company stopped contacting me about my problem. Between the initial visit on Dec 21 and Jan 18, I contacted RV Unlimited 5 times to inquire of the status (they did not contact me). Each time I was told that they would contact me tomorrow (which they never did) or that they were waiting on the manufacturer for parts. The company did not initiate communication with me until I demanded that they do so. RV Unlimited was more than happy to take my $200 and then hope that I would forget. I have asked for my $200 returned as they were unable to perform the services agreed upon--they are not offering a refund. Please, don't believe the inevitable reply that they will offer to this review: that I paid for the services provided. The intent of the $200 is to cover up-front costs to solve a problem with my camper. That problem with my camper was not solved and after five weeks this company showed no capability to do so, as they could not procure simple parts. In the end, I spent one hour and was able to locate the needed parts in town. Do not use this company."

I have a strange thing happening in my travel trailer, (clean cold water leaking out the top back of my toilet when I have the hot water heater on, or at least when it’s heating up the water) & he was able to help me from afar.
