Run away from this place Terrible Customer service i went there to buy a hair dye coloring and wanted to ask if they hv any in stock or other brand with the same color CSR act like nobody was talking to her plus pointed to the illed and show me that the illed was empty and continue walking...."

"I read reviews about this location most were really old and said how bad this place was. I went there this morning as soon as I walked in the door was greeted by the manager. She asked if she could help me told her what I wanted to do to my hair by the color left from my last salon visit with my stylist. Right away she took me to the color section and showed me the color needed. Now reading a review posted by a hairdresser she mention if you were looking for a lighter color use an 8 that's exactly what the manager explained to me with a 20 volume. Next I wasn't charged for a bag to carry my stuff out after purchase.Because of how the manager at this location in a very professional way and knowledge on what I needed I recommend this location."

"Worst customer service ever. If you ever want to feel like you are a huge inconvenience and that your presence in a store is so annoying then by all means shop at this store. The woman who waited on me was the most miserable individual. On top of that they charge now to put your things in a paper bag. So pathetic. I will not be going back to this Sally Beauty and don't recommend them either."
