"The worst! I understand they are learning, but it has been almost 5 hours to color and trim my daughter’s hair. The girl was too busy talking to the other employees. A “teacher” comes over because I’ve been sitting here so long, she said that they used the wrong color so had to redo it. My daughter said that wasn’t true. She said the girl dried her hair and it was supposed to be wet for them to trim it. They girl blew dry my daughters hair, THEN plugs in the curling iron! Shouldn’t that have been done while she was blow drying? Then the girl leaves to take a picture of another clients hair, while my daughter is still waiting! Then she just starts laughing about something while we are still waiting. Now, she is watching the other girl finish my daughter’s hair. Just standing there taking drinks from her cup. Again, I understand that they are just learning, but if they don’t know how to do things, they shouldn’t be on the floor. She didn’t even know where to find things. She would ask the girl where to find an item, it literally took her like 2 minutes to find a red can of hairspray. I had a bad experience here with an instructor taking over for the girl who was doing my hair, and the instructor messed my hair up terribly. I didn’t make this appointment for my daughter, but she won’t be back. Her worker was ridiculous! It has now been over 5 hours and she is still getting her hair curled. I don’t want understand!! Again, I know they are learning, but if you aren’t ready for the floor.. take more time to practice!"

"I experienced a Swedish Massage with Yanaisa M and she is highly skilled. When I arrived for my appointment yesterday, I was warmly greeted at reception and within minutes Yanaisa escorted me to the massage area. The supervisor of the massage area was also welcoming. Today my experience with getting a blowout had some issues. I waited about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The shampoo water was a bit cold --stylist said the water is often too cold or too hot at the shampoo sinks. I don't recommend coming here for hair styling."

"Excellent school! Very professionally run. Students are respectful and well trained. Highly recommend for attending students and for services if you're good with seeing a novice. Definitely a good savings and they have great products...Redken, Dermalogica and Essie brands to name a few."
