"Wow!! What a pleasant surprise to find a company that’s sells you something and does everything they sold you and more! We bought 2 new floors and the price was better than most and everything from start to finish was on time and exceeded our expectations! No hidden surprises no hidden fees. The salesman came to our house measured and gave us an estimate the crew came on time moved the heavy furniture did the installation “perfect” greeted our stuff like there own even moved a safe for us . Cleaned up after and now we have beautiful floors ! 100 times better than the floor that we got ripped off from Empire flooring. Did I tell you about the $2500 in hidden fees that showed up halfway through the installation well now we have beautiful floors great customer service no hidden fees and I have a happy wife, merry Christmas thank you Bob’s carpet and flooring!"

"So disappointed! We just had Luxury Vinyl installed in our kitchen, laundry and nook area. I love the flooring (although the installer could've done a better job spacing the pattern out), but the quarter round is atrocious. We have cherry cabinets, and the quarter round is oak. Not even close! I contacted the store...and they really weren't very helpful. We told them we planned to stain the quarter round, but didn't have a nail gun to reinstall it. We asked if they'd be willing to come back and at least reinstall it. They weren't really enthusiastic about it, but were willing. After taking it off, we find out it can't be stained because it's a laminate and not real wood. We ended up going to Lowe's to purchase NEW quarter round and while there called and spoke to our salesman to find out the proper diameter size they had used (since we didn't bring a piece with us). He said he'd call us back. We're still waiting 3 weeks later."
