"So I stopped in today to discuss getting a rough estimate on redoing my kitchen. The lady at the desk was very dismissive. She had to show me a pile of files that she has to still complete designs for and that if I was just looking for pricing that she wouldn't help me. I may not have looked like I was rich but I will be spend 10k for my kitchen and they lost a customer. And potentially several customers because I'm in the business that I could have referred a lot of business her way, but that won't happen but I'll make sure to tell my customers to NOT go there."
