"They specifically advertise fixing game systems and other things, so I decided to bring them a PlayStation 1 controller port that had a bad connection. The kid at the desk looked at me very confused and said they wouldn't do it, and it was "outside their standard operating procedure." I guess he's never seen a playstation from the 90s before. He looked extremely confused and made no attempt to diagnose what was on. 0/5 If I could go that low, find anyone else for your repairs. This shop is a joke. (US19 and Tampa Rd behind Chik FIl A.) Fire the kid that looks like Will Wheaton, he doesn't belong in a repair shop. I took my controller port over to another repair shop right afterwards, and the dude took it apart immediately and started testing components until he found out what was wrong, which took him about 10 minutes (the part I brought in is not complex). Edit: As you can see from their response to my review, they won't work on anything they aren't already intimately familiar with. Maybe if you need a plug and play repair like a phone screen, you could bring it here, or absolutely anywhere else. The other shop didn't need a schematic, which, by the way, I had brought with me, but Mr Wheaton dismissed it, saying it would be of no help. It's hilarious that it was mentioned in their reply. The device is so simple that you can discern every component and trace on the board by eye, but he never looked at it. I'll be going elsewhere in the future. I included a picture of the hardware in question. The main reason I felt compelled to leave this review is because absolutely no effort was made to look at the device, let alone diagnose or repair it. I guess testing out some wires and resistors is too much to ask."

"Have been waiting almost 2 months and still haven't heard anything about my phone. Response to the owner: No mistaken identity here- I’ve called the number several times and left messages. Just called again on 12/5/23 at 12:37pm and left another message. All of my contact information is in the message. I’ll update my review after I hear back from you- as it stands now, the response time and communication has been very unacceptable."
