"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Brian for assisting me with my grandmother's vintage sewing machine. As a novice seamstress, I have been in distress trying to learn and understand the basics of sewing on my machine. I am desperate to learn how to sew on it and thanks to Brian, I am finally able to! I brought my machine in because I kept getting birds nests all tangled up and my thread kept ripping on me. Brian graciously showed me what was wrong and offered me several additional tips on keeping my machine in proper working order.
