"Good quality local hardware store. They were the only ones who could make a copy of my old car key. Also when I bought a brinks lock from Walmart they couldn’t make a copy of the key for the lock they sold so I went here. They had to think for a minute (which is why Walmart failed) but they figured it out and made it work"

"No just fake want to be nice but just not. I just go there to go get little things if I need it like little small pipe piping and stuff. Maybe nails I don't know. I can't say too much for the guys actually help me out. that's all I got to say. I'm not going to say anything really terrible about the place cuz they'll just say I don't spend enough money there to say anything."

"Yesterday was the 2nd time I visited this store. The first was a couple years ago and the staff, an elderly man, was very rude. I live nearby and gave this store another try but it was awful as well. This was on a Sunday afternoon. The employees, 2 ladies this time, were very short and snappy when I asked for assistance. I noticed 1 of the ladies was even rude to the employee who began helping me. I don’t know what’s happening in this store but it’s obvious they need extensive training in how to provide friendly customer service. Is this too much to ask? “Shop local” is great but doesn’t work for me with this store. Their rudeness makes me feel worse when I leave than before I ever walked in. Please do what is necessary to provide good customer service. Thank you!"

"The folks here are super helpful and will get you in the right direction when looking for that particular item. Good selection of items. Find most anything you may need here. Nice to shop at smaller hardware store for once! Makes it an easier transaction for sure!!"
