She is personable and quick and very professional, but 3 stars because the wax room and bathroom looked super run down with discolored ceiling tiles, rusted chair bases and a real need for paint updates. Did not give off the clean, sleek, sexy vibe they present in the advertising."

"I have been going to European Wax for many years And have always been very pleased with the professionalism and the skill of the technicians there. I booked a Brazilian wax for Tuesday and when I arrived was informed that the prices were going up and I had to pay an extra $20 for the inner thighs, which I think is pretty outrageous For the first time I felt very rushed, and the technician was kind of rough. Today I woke up with a huge painful open sore in a very delicate area. This was not what I expected for Valentine’s Day! I’m very disappointed and in pain. Will be looking elsewhere."
