"I was at the gas station filling up my tank, I used the latch on the handle so the clicker would go off whenever the tank was full, well this clicker is broken so the gas spilled all over my leg, feet and the floor. I walked inside the quickmart to ask them for help. I told the guy the story and he was completely unhelpful. He said oh well he would look at it later but there was nothing he can do. I asked him if i could get some kind of refund (Even just $2) for the gas that spilled on the floor, I obviously paid for it but didn't get to use it. He said no. Then he had the Audacity to try to blame me. He said "well you should have been attending it so this wouldnt happen, like you cant be sitting in your car while filling it" I was attending it!! He just made an assumption to cover up his fault! I'm a very normal customer. I put the handle on the tank, and stand there watching the display to see how much im paying. I just had no idea the clicker was broken or i would've stopped it myself! It's not my fault the machine was broken! Then while we are still talking he starts helping other costumers and ignoring me. I left with pants smelling like gasoline and wasted money in the bank so I will never go back to that gas station! Funny because I live only 5minutes away and fill my tank every week, so they lost a valuable customer ever greed. I will only ever use the 7 Eleven accross from them now. For the record this happened on 09/25/16 at 1:43pm. The guy I talked to is tall and seemed to look indian. He is completely horrible at customer service."
