"This McDonald’s absolutely sucks. My food is never ready even when I order online. The second I get to the window they tell me to pull up to a curbside spot and it takes them another 10 minutes."

"This location has been a consistent MISS! Fries are rarely hot and if they are, they taste like they've been fried in old grease. Food items missing in bag. Oatmeal not made properly (all you need is ample water and that's too hard I guess). If you're parked due to food not ready, the runners speak little or no English. I much gather drive to the location in Lee Vista if I'm craving Mickey Ds. Hot fresh fries, great customer service, and they understand you."

"The food is always pretty decent. Hot, fresh and mostly tasty. Lunch is usually a little better than breakfast. The biggest issue is they park every order. I’ve been parked at this location for an ice cream cone, legitimately every order. I understand how critical the drive through times are but just blanket parking every order seems like a misuse of the system. Good food, decent service, you will wait."

"We've only used the drive through and for such a busy area, we've been impressed at the short drive thru line. Today we ordered 1 egg mcmuffin, 2 more with no cheese and a drink. We we're sent to park and wait. A car behind us went right through and left with their order. We waited and waited until finally my husband went inside. He returned with " our order". Both egg mcmuffins with no cheese had scrambled egg like on a biscuit, not a standard egg mcmuffin egg. Service and care of patrons (not just here) is a forgotten art."

"The french fries were limp and undercooked - World Famous Fries??? Thank goodness I have an air fryer at home so I could finish cooking them. The large fry was only 2/3 full (see attached photo) which is totally unacceptable since I paid $4.49 for them. The fries are almost always underfilled from this location. SUCH A RIP-OFF. ******Stop inflating your speed of service numbers by making the drive-thru customers go to a parking space, especially when they are not busy. An employee previously slipped up and told me the clock stops when we pull away - WITHOUT OUR FOOD!! This does not happen at any other McDonald's I have visited. THIS LOCATION NEEDS A MANAGEMENT MAKEOVER - I'M TIRED OF FEELING VIOLATED EVERY TIME I VISIT."
