"Time and time again without fail this pharmacy has miscommunicated with me. I will talk to a pharmacist one day who will tell me one thing and I will follow through with what they told me and show up to grab things and the pharmacist of the day will then tell me that’s not the case. “your prescription will be ready tomorrow at 2pm” so I show up at 4:30 thinking “I’ll give them a little extra time just in case” for me to then be told I’ll need to wait 1 hour. Another time I was going out of town and called 4 days beforehand to make sure I could pick up my prescription. The pharmacist told me no problem it would be filled Thursday. Then I call Thursday afternoon to see what time I can come in, just for them to tell me “oh no it won’t be ready until tomorrow” which is the day I would already be gone. Extremely frustrated that they can’t get it together and have solid consistent communication with their clients. It’s frustrating that the only thing I can do about it is leave a review!"

"Terrible service, always turns me away as customer trying to fill a prescription. I shop here everyday and the only excuse the pharmacist can give for not taking my prescription is “we only have enough for our customers no one else” when I asked how do you possibly become a pharmacy customer his response was blank. How am I ever going to become a customer here if you guys literally keep turning me away every chance they get. I know what’s going on at this Publix pharmacy but this has to be the worst service and pharmacist and staff ever. They’re not even polite about saying no. I don’t want to speculate on what the real problem of this situation is but whatever. I get it..basically don’t continue to be a long time loyal customer to Publix because they don’t care about you or your loyalty. Or even the fact that you’re constantly trying to become a “current customer “ there and they keep turning me away. I can’t believe it, out of stock of medicine I can understand, but to just to say no we can’t help you and probably never will ..that’s completely uncalled for. I didn’t know Publix pharmacy was this terrible. It’s ok Publix I’ll stop trying to be a “current customer” ….I get it…cool! GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY IF YOU CAN , they’re not gonna help you here …"

"Awful customer service don't get your prescription meds here. They refilled my kids prescription wrong. They don't know how to read a prescription. I had to call three times to rectify the situation. If you want your prescription to be refilled wrong then this is the place to go"

"Extremely rude staff - the gentleman pharmacy tech that answered the phone on 6/21 at 3:50 PM needs an attitude check. Instead of explaining the situation of my prescription being sent from central fill, he just remained silent on the phone for 4 minutes while i heard him speak to other staff."

"One of the things that I love about shopping at Publix is that they take their motto where shopping is a pleasure very seriously. I would like to take an opportunity highlight Kevin Pham, the lead pharmacist, and the rest of the pharmacy staff at the colonial Town Publix pharmacy. They are always very busy with all th orders but are never rude but always courteous and have the prescriptions available normally ahead of the time. Being a pharmacist can be a very tough job, but Kevin and the rest of his team perform it with expertise precision and grace. In the years I've been going there, they've never messed up my prescription once. Well, it might not seem like much... But Being able to get your medication on time is an important thing and crucial to many individuals' health and lives. Thanks Kevin and team for going above and beyond! Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
