"For the most part I like this store and location. But I just walked up at exactly 8:00 thinking they were open till 9:00. My complaint is there was a big bald guy outside smoking a cigarette. As I'm walking up he puts out his cigarette and hurries in the door, then he locks it almost in my face, just gIving me a furtive glance. It would have been so much more polite (and human) for him to simply say as he saw me heading toward the store "sorry ma'am, we're closed." In the past i might have mentioned his lack of customer service skills, but it's not about HF and how they train. It just felt really bad. We need to be kinder and more thoughtful. To the big bald guy: you made me feel really bad. I'd like to be the bigger person and make an excuse for the way you behaved. But I find I'm doing that too often and and I still feel yucky and discounted as a human. So I hope this gets your attention and embarrasses you, because the way you behaved was pretty lousy in my book."

"As it being well stocked and well staffed I stayed legally valid as dark was close and Florida law requires bicycle commuters to have a red lit taillight affixed to the bike. So this is a led battery operated light with 3 settings red, bright spot, and red flashing. Loaded for 3.99$ with batteries. For an additional.83¢ I was able to buy a roll of electric tape to affix a excellent and brightly lit taillight to my seatpost. Thereby being legal and safe to finish my commute home. Thank you NPSC and harbor freight for being there for me in time of need."
