"ORDERED MOTOR FOR ICE MACHINE & IT WAS BO FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS. iT TOOK OVER A MONTH B/C THEY WAITED FOR THEIR TRUCK INSTEAD OF JUST FEDEX OR UPS. sTILL CHARGED A LARGE FREIGHT COST. tHE SCHOOL WAS WITHOUT AN ICEMAKER & WHEN THEY GOT THE MOTOR THEY COULD'NT FIND MY CARD # & DID'NT KNOW IF IT HAD BEEN CHARGED TO US SO AFTER CHECKING OUR BANK RECORDS i CALLED BACK TO HOPEFULLY GET IT SENT OUT. The rude girl told me I would have to talk to the guy who made the order & to call back in 2 hours. These people should not be in business. Never have done buisness with any people so incompetent."
