"Today is Sunday, August 1, 2021 I spent the whole entire weekend looking for a part that I could not find anywhere I called AutoZone the one located in 19525 S. Dixie Cutler Bay Florida a store manager by the name of RANDY went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with the part even after we found the part he again went above and beyond making sure that was the part that would fit my truck because I had a part number that was similar but was not it so he did not let me walk out the store without making sure 1000% and researching that I was leaving the store with the correct part. I drove 55 minutes to get to the store because it was the only store we’re not only I was helped very kindly Randy made sure he reserve my part so my trip would not be in vain since I was coming from so far away. My weekend has been a nightmare but Randy did his best and here I am walking out of the store with the correct part to fix my truck that day so much need. I want to thank Randy for his excellent customer service above and beyond and not only double checking but triple checking that I was leaving with the correct item. I wish we had more people like Randy Taking care of people that already come to the store stressed out because they have a problem I think I am so so so much I don’t care if I have to drive to the store in the future I will definitely drive to 15 minutes because of his customer service thank you again Randy God bless you!
