"management did NOT provide me a written quote & upon paying them $1,500 thousand dollars, they wanted to add more charges & on top of that they needed to put a seal gasket on my engine & told me to put it myself… put tools in my engine & told me it was not part of the work… one of the mechanics put the seal gasket & it took him 5 minutes to do it… NOT helpful, NOT professional disrespectful & abusive mechanic service MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ANY JOB IN WRITING!!!"
