"Had it towed there because they told me they were "Specialists " joke more like thieves. A light came on the dash & put my car in limp mode so I couldn't drive it. 1st time said ignition coils so fixed that then a week later same thing! Said catalytic converters (2) fixed that! Then weeks laterthey said battery fixed that. Then days kater same problem, they said ECU!! Problem not fixed happend again! Car only had 70,000 miles well kept. After $6000 or moe dollars they just want their money $$$$ The "Specialists " afters wasting my money and time from work and family they couldn't diagnose the problem on my Mercedes !! Mercedes fixed it 1st try. Saddd save your money and spend a $100 more 1 time! Trying to save $ cost me thousands!"
"OUTSTANDING experience! Jose and Calvin go above and beyond. I recently moved to Miami and had no reliable mechanic. It is my experience that the dealership is not trustworthy. I have a 2017 Mercedes GLC 43 AMG. Jose and Calvin addressed the issue with my car and did so quickly and fairly. My suspension compressor had failed and needed to be replaced.
