"Charged me over $300+ for breaks. Returned to have pads replaced and was told; power booster was needed and would be very expensive repair. Unhonest business practices."

"Its not as good as you think it is, they miss diagnostics 2 times the car they or better say JC touch and supously fix, this guy JC dont respect customers especially when the customers tell him what hi did FAILED, you did not respect customer and unfortunately whatever you did in my car that was an EPC and the water pump, the water oump faild and YOU DECIDED no to touch my car to fix it and the EPC you did not fix you send me to Braniff."

"Very bad place, took my Audi a4 to repair at least 3 times for the same reason. Every single time I would take it they would tell me the same things and tell me I need to keep wasting money on a problem that they “fixed”. Jc was the technician that worked on the car, recently we had the same problem arise (all in a time span of 6 months) I give a call to check the problem, no disrespect no foul language just two grown men speaking over the phone about a problem in my vehicle that should have been resolved the first time it was brought into to the shop. I take the car today and Jc has the audacity to accuse me of mistreating him over the phone, why would I take the car to the same shop if I didn’t trust him. He diagnosed the car, again, and tells me a whole different hose is leaking. A hose that has nothing to do from where the leak is happening. He then throws a temper tantrum and tells me he’s not working on the car again because I told him that the leak has nothing to do from where he pointed out. Do not take your vehicles to this shop, bad technicians, and poor service."

"I love how fast and efficient this place is. They treat their customers very good and made sure my ford fiesta was good and safe in ALL aspect. I thank Angel and Jackwill and the one who constantly answered every phone call and answers I had. I thank you guys so much for making this a less stressful process for me as a women and not taking advantage of me. I will forever recommend this place!"

"First of all, the man in charge was super rude when I enter the business, I said good morni g and the man stare at me without saying anything back. I ask him for an oil and filter change for my car Camry 2004, immediately he start taking my info, collecting my car keys and told me to seat down without explaining any serves and prices. After I acknowledge the situation and approach him about the price, he got even more rude and annoyed (with no explanation), until now I cannot believe what and why this type of event was happening. He said in a very aggressive tone that the price was $75 I can take it or go somewhere else. WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE"
