"On February 3, 2023, I made the unfortunate decision to sign a contract with Armadi Closets in Aventura Miami for the creation and installation of custom kitchen cabinets. Little did I know that this would turn into a nightmarish experience filled with disappointment and frustration. During our initial consultation, we explicitly requested that the cabinets be constructed from durable plywood instead of MDF. This was a crucial requirement for us, emphasizing our desire for quality and durability. However, on May 18, 2023, when the cabinets were finally ready for installation, we were faced with a shocking revelation: each and every cabinet was made of the cheap and inferior material MDF. Our specific request for plywood was completely ignored, and it was evident that our concerns were blatantly disregarded. To make matters worse, the installation process became an ongoing nightmare. The so-called professionals at Armadi Closets have been working on my kitchen installation for an astonishing two weeks, with no end in sight. Their lack of efficiency and organization is disconcerting. To make matters worse, they brazenly left the workplace to serve another client, leaving us on hold for three long days. When they finally decided to honor us with their presence, they only worked for barely 4 hours and left the workplace again. This level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement is completely unacceptable. As if the material discrepancy and lengthy installation weren't enough, the final blow came when the coffee machine cabinet was installed. Even though the kitchen illustration clearly showed special door inserts that would allow the cabinet to remain open while the machine is in use, they simply installed standard cabinet doors that serve no practical purpose. It is as if they had intentionally ignored our requests and disregarded the very plan that we had approved. In light of this unfortunate experience, I implore anyone considering working with Armadi Closets to think twice. Their unreliability knows no bounds, and their products, customer service, and merchandise delivery are a huge disappointment. Save yourself the heartbreak and frustration – look elsewhere for a company that values ​​its customers and delivers on its promises. Armadi Closets has proven to be a woefully incompetent and unreliable organization."
