"Everyone should know that Zack, who will inevitably be the one assisting you in the furniture section is THE SWEETEST, most helpful, customer service oriented young man. Homegoods and all the customers are lucky to be helped by Zack. He turns down tips (very politely no matter how much you offer), ALWAYS has THE BEST attitude, very well presented and professional. While everyone else is in view of each other, I imagine it is easy for his hard work all over the store to go unnoticed, so please be kind to him, appreciate him, thank him, and tell him what a great job he's doing! He deserves an atta boy AND A RAISE! Many thanks!"
"Awful customer service. Tried to return two white pillows, and after making the line I noticed the shopping cart was rusted and had stained the pillows. The manager didn’t seem to care and told me it was make up. I insisted the shopping cart was rusted and that it was not stained before, again not my fault their shopping carts are old and not well kept. My return was denied and I’m now very frustrated, and stuck with two stained pillows. Definitely not going back. The manager was rude and very transactional, didn’t seem to care one bit."
