"TJ Maxx in Cutler Bay, Florida, is awesome for shopping! They have lots of clothes, home stuff, and more, all at really good prices. I went there recently and found so many cool things. They have name-brand stuff for less money, which is really nice. The store is easy to walk around in, and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I wanted. The people who work there are really nice too. They helped me when I needed it and made me feel welcome. Overall, TJ Maxx in Cutler Bay is a great place to shop. They have good deals, friendly staff, and lots of cool stuff to buy. Check it out if you’re in the area!"
"Horrible experience with the cashier and customer services at this T.J. Maxx. Cashier service was a shame and offensive by far...the cashier did not reply the greeting even though it was given more than twice, she just turned her back to us... that behavior was very offensive... They deserved non-star whatsoever, but rating scale does no has 0 on it, so less rating available is one star... but I wanted to remark that they don't deserve any star whatsoever...I do believe that we deserve more as Americans...Employee much meet criteria for a Job otherwise quality of service will be damage and customer and tax payers will suffer the consequences...I'm hope that managers and administration get involved in this matter that has been happening recurrently in order to protect customers from bad employees. Thanks"
"This tjmaxx is sad and forgotten. Ceiling is falling, leaking, and very unsafe. Hopefully Santa Claus got them a new ceiling."
"It seem like they're always rearranging the store, so, you think you know where something is but you don't! There is never enough cashiers on the weekend. Their stock is hit or miss. If you see something you like, buy it bcz chances are, you won't find it if you go back. Currently, the dressing rooms are closed because of COVID-19. There are 1 way stickers on the floor. They have plexiglass in front of the registers & partitions in between. If you want to go, it's less crowded during the week. Their selection isn't as good as it used to be. Their price are ok, with occasional deals to be had on clearance items with red tags."
