I forgot the gentleman’s name who works in the service department that took care of me but I’m pretty sure you guys have it on file. You guys need more people like him working there. Also Claudio has always been a great help he was the one that helped me out and let me know where I had to go. People like them really make your company stand out. "The salesman requested us to come back the next day after failing to check the car's details as we were driving away and discovering servicing notices. Neither the sales manager nor he would help us when we returned the next day. They directed us to the service. It appears as though they have little regard for customer service and are simply interested in making sales."

"I’ve been going to this dealership for about 6 years and for the most part they have been good. But as of late there service is mediocre at best and it feels like they are carelessly playing with peoples safety. So if you value your life don’t go here. Last time I went to this place I got a routine oil change with tire rotation. When they did the tire rotation they didn’t even bother to check if the nuts were on my car. Im not car savvy so I didn't even notice it, but it would be nice if I could trust the one place responsible for maintaining a car. ( But I guess not ) Some days passed when I started to notice an unfamiliar noise and to my surprise I was missing 3 nuts on my rear right tire to include the security nut. If you value your life, don’t service your car here. Also I tried calling them to make them aware of what happened ( in hopes to raise awareness so this doesn't happen to someone else) and they just brush it off like it wasn't of any concern to them if you value your life do not service you car here they are unprofessional and don't have your safety in mind!"
