"Visiting Florida, we wanted to take advantage of Ozone therapy and called a few places and read reviews. Upon answering the telephone, Dom was extremely helpful answering all our questions patiently and knowledgeably. He went above and beyond taking his time going over the process, the company/medical setup and provided us with confidence in booking with them. (Called other clinics that their numbers were either out of service or their receptionist couldn’t answer our questions and expected us to settle with: “ you can ask that to the nurse when you arrive” … just wanting to take our money for the consult prior to the treatment) Upon arrival, we were treated by Oscar, although we were 5-10 minutes late, he gave us a courtesy call to ensure we were okay and on our way, he was happy for us for taking these preventative steps for our health. He was calm and reassuring. He offered us something to drink and a blanket once the treatment had begun. He devoted all his attention to the infusion, not leaving us unattended and/or on his phone- it was great! Like VIP! "Being at Flow IV It has been by far the best experience ever! The service is incredible, they offered water, coffee and even a cozy blanket so you can feel as comfortable as home during you session. As far as I know they have an option for In Home service, but I took the trip to their location and it was amazing. The Owner him self welcome me and my mom, the staff members were polite and very professional, they told me about a new location they will be opening soon at the Weston Town Center and I can't wait to go and try all the services that they will be offering!!
