"I went to see Dr Eberle for a consultation. He provided me with procedure details and was very informative about the entire process. He answered all of my questions honesty and definitively. He and his staff were very friendly. The doctor was running late from an early morning procedure and his staff was very professional and considerate of my time to call and let me know hours before my appointment.My appointment was rescheduled to a later time that accommodated both of our schedules. Common courtesy and professionalism go along in this industry when it comes to treating people like a person and not a number and his office as both!"

"The rudest staff I've ever had the mispleasure of meeting. As soon as I walked in, I got the NASTIEST looks from a woman with dark hair. She had to be in her mid to late 60s. I had ONE friend refer me to this place and I was planning on spending alot of money. So, anyways, I walk in asking to just sit in the air for a few minutes because it was soooo hot out and I was waiting for my friend to arrive. She barked at me saying that I wasn't allowed to. Took my business elsewhere. Note to management: don't forget that your receptionist should be someone who's kind, sweet, and outgoing. Someone who makes your client at ease. Especially because the client usually sees the receptionist first. So do not forget that this is the face of your business!!!"
