"The rudest staff I've ever had the mispleasure of meeting. As soon as I walked in, I got the NASTIEST looks from a woman with dark hair. She had to be in her mid to late 60s. I had ONE friend refer me to this place and I was planning on spending alot of money. So, anyways, I walk in asking to just sit in the air for a few minutes because it was soooo hot out and I was waiting for my friend to arrive. She barked at me saying that I wasn't allowed to. Took my business elsewhere. Note to management: don't forget that your receptionist should be someone who's kind, sweet, and outgoing. Someone who makes your client at ease. Especially because the client usually sees the receptionist first. So do not forget that this is the face of your business!!!"
