"I ordered a rug here a few months ago and the rug is still not sitting flat on the ground! I have tried absolutely everything and it will not stay! I paid almost 400 dollars for the rug and they will do nothing about it! I have to now get rid of the rug and buy a new one because we all keep tripping over it! It was also frayed on the side when I revived the rug! I was just looking on wayfair and the same exact rug is only 123.99! It’s a shame they could charge you so much money for something that is 280 dollars less on two other sites! Not to mention the customer service I would receive at Wayfair far exceeds the customer service I received from this company! I will NEVER be ordering from them again and I will certainly never recommend them to anyone!"

"BSEID will not warranty products! With an expensive table, you'd expect some help with defects. I purchased this for a vacation home so it wasn't used until weeks later. I notified them of the chipping and alignment issues and was told there was nothing they would do to help. I bought the Jupe Dining Table that transforms, except the leaves don't align. Sarreid Ltd manufactures the table and BSEID is just a retailer."
