"We first found a lazy salesman telling us to track him down if we found something we liked. Thankfully we found someone who was interested in helping us who was knowledgeable. The selection of sectionals is outstanding. Unfortunately, the prices are not great when compared to City Furniture or Rooms to Go, etc. Delivery is 7%, or basically another sales tax. At Rooms to Go it's about $150. Buy a $6000 sofa and you are looking at $420 just for delivery. If you want furniture protection, it's a whopping 15% of the price. A sectional at this price is $900 just for protection, absurdly high compared to the competition, and they will not negotiate one bit."

"Warning!! Stay away from the Giana bedroom set; two months ago I was coming off my bed and hit my toe on the side table draw handle. I didn’t realize that the handle was such a sharp metal. I have fractured my right middle toe which damaged my nerves in my foot. I cannot work I have constant heat coming from my foot I have to sleep with ice. Have gone to my Primary Dr, Podiatrist and Neurologist burning is still severe. I called the corporate office no compassion. I want that bed out of the store I would not want anyone to get hurt from that metal handle. I am so petrified of that draw and don’t to be near it. I can’t believe a manufacturer would make a draw with such sharp metal."
