"Generally speaking I think the purchasing was great of our LoveSac however the shipping has been a real pain in the butt I get it most people want their stuff right away we were trying to get this delayed however after spending the amount of money we had their little zero options to getting it delayed other than having to go through FedEx which to me shouldn't be the case this should be able to be done in house at a customer's request they definitely need to up their game and get this figured out"
