"Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible experience at this place. Bought a car, gave a $10000 deposit and signed a contract. They tell me the car is coming in 10 days and it's on its way. They even show me a map of where the car is currently. Eleven days go by and they call to tell me the car is ready for me. When I get to the dealer the guy asks me if I want a different color. I thought he was joking at first. Then he leaves us for half an hour and comes back and tells me he has sold the car to someone else by mistake. I had already registered the car and bought insurance for it with the VIN number they gave me. Where is that car? Who knows? DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I was furious. I don't know if there's a legal recourse so I get them to pay me for all the time I wasted and my insurance premium. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
