"I've always been satisfied with their work. I find them to be very honest. Unfortunately yesterday I had an 8:00 appointment and they didn't bring my car into the bay until 9:15. i feel that is too long to wait for them to start work. I will, however, go back again and perhaps they will honor the appointment better."

"Service was excellent. Manager was very helpful in selecting the required tires which needed replacement as to tread; longevity, and price. Also, discussion concerning other issues such as fluids and general status of my 4 year old vehicle. He surpassed the explanations I usually receive from my dealer. The car service was completed within the time I was initially advised. The price was reasonable and as previously discussed. I will definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced with this same Firestone dealer when necessary. Very pleased with all aspects of the service"

"I went there for a synthetic oil change. I was quoted about a $100 after tax. The guy said for 10 bucks extra, he could check everything. I don't know what that means because my car has quite a few problems and I was told only battery and front tires need replacing. $250 for the battery and $300 for the tires. Total rip off and it doesn't seem that there's anything was wrong with either. The guy who helped me had a German accent. Avoid this place. They work on commission and rip people off. Totally dishonest."

"Have been bringing our cars there almost from when they opened. They are courteous at all times they speak with you individually about what they have found to need to work. The work is done for me almost exclusively with ANDY master mechanic there although prices be a bit high now and then, you know that the work is done correctly and for me safety has to come first regardless, I think each and everyone of the managers and employees for staying there and working there . You have to have confidence and trust I have both thank you all."
