"Went to buy a new pair of shoes. Found a pair of Sketchers, but there was no price on it. I asked a kid working in that department if he could tell me how much they were. He quickly looked through a pile of those clip-on digital tags that were sitting on one of the shelves & says no. I ask if he had a scanner and he said no. End of conversation. I find another kid. Ask if he has a scanner. Says no. End of conversation for him. I explain I am not going to buy a pair of shoes no knowing the price. Say I guess I just won’t buy them and put them back & walk away. He does nothing but leave. As he is leaving he walks past a lady with a ton of shoes on her cart. I grab the shoes, bring them to her and ask if she has a scanner. Yes she does. I told her my experience & she said she was going to talk to them, but I doubt it. Talk about lazy & just looking for a paycheck with the least amount of effort. They should not even be working there."
"Stopped in here for an Amazon return which is in the far right corner back of the store. The store was very clean and had lots of clothes and household items. I received a coupon with my return to use that day what a great idea. I’ll definitely be a returning customer."
