"They delivered a couch set that I had selected. The next day they called me and asked me how everything was going. I told him, to tell the truth I didn't particularly care for the couch after using it for 24 hours it was uncomfortable due to back problems. They offered to bring a different couch set out going so far as to send me pictures and having me select which couch I would like. The Manager and delivery were courteous, kind, really cared what their customer thought and we're total professionals. I have used Rent-A-Center off and on for the last 20 years and this is why. People really care about their customers and go up and above what most companies nowadays would."
